FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the Continental U.S.

Small Orders: Items weighing under 100 lbs are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.

Large Orders: Heavier items are shipped through LTL/Freight, with a curbside delivery appointment scheduled for convenience.

Delivery Timeline: We strive to ship your order as promptly as possible. Generally, items are dispatched from the warehouse within 5-7 business days. The actual delivery time will vary based on your location and distance from the supplier.

Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 Hours: Most orders can still be canceled before shipping, with some exceptions.

Custom and Built-to-Order Products: Custom, built-to-order, and on-demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as they are produced specifically for your order.

Damaged Items: All orders are covered by an authorized manufacturer's warranty and shipping insurance. If an item is damaged during shipment or found faulty upon arrival, we will repair or replace it.

Returns and Refunds: Except for specific equipment and items listed below, purchases are protected by our 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return:

1. The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (or within the manufacturer's specified return window).

2. The item must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
