At Gyms HQ, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the most value possible. Our White Glove Delivery service is ideal for those who prefer not to set up their new gym equipment themselves. We offer two distinct services, with quotes based on the products and location.
Your purchase will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal relative to your delivery address. Both you and our tech team will receive tracking information upon shipment.
Once the order arrives at the freight terminal, the carrier will notify us. Subsequently, a technician will contact you to arrange a delivery and assembly appointment, typically within a week of the order reaching the terminal. You will coordinate directly with the technician.
Important Note: The estimated delivery date on the tracking information refers to the delivery to the freight terminal, not your address.
On the scheduled appointment day, the technician will collect the item, deliver it to your specified location, and assemble it on the same day.
Customer Readiness: It is assumed that you are prepared for installation at the time of ordering. Please inform us of any potential delays (e.g., new flooring, vacations, renovations) before placing your order.
Installation Timeline: The average installation time is 3-4 weeks from the order date, depending on current shipping timelines for your products.
Your product will be shipped as indicated on the product page, either via freight or ground. Once shipped, both you and the service team will receive tracking information.
Ground Shipment: Delivered by FedEx, USPS, or UPS in the usual package delivery manner.
Freight Shipment: You are responsible for receiving the package from the freight company. Typically, this means curbside delivery with lift gate service (as noted on the product page).
The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order reaches the final freight terminal. On the delivery day, you must be present to receive the package. The freight company will deliver the pallet curbside and will not move it onto your property or into your residence. You must move the contents to your desired location for assembly.
After confirming delivery, the service technician will call to schedule your assembly appointment, usually within a week of product delivery
