Your purchase will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal relative to your delivery address. Both you and our tech team will receive tracking information upon shipment.
Once the order arrives at the freight terminal, the carrier will notify us. Subsequently, a technician will contact you to arrange a delivery and assembly appointment, typically within a week of the order reaching the terminal. You will coordinate directly with the technician.
Important Note: The estimated delivery date on the tracking information refers to the delivery to the freight terminal, not your address.
On the scheduled appointment day, the technician will collect the item, deliver it to your specified location, and assemble it on the same day.
Customer Readiness: It is assumed that you are prepared for installation at the time of ordering. Please inform us of any potential delays (e.g., new flooring, vacations, renovations) before placing your order.
Installation Timeline: The average installation time is 3-4 weeks from the order date, depending on current shipping timelines for your products.
