GYMS HQ Cancellations and Return Policy

Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, respond to your order confirmation or email us at support@gymshq.com with your name and order number.
  • After 24 Hours: Most orders can be canceled before they have shipped, with some exceptions. If your order has shipped or has been assigned tracking information, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you must follow our return policy procedure.

Custom Made or Built-to-Order Items

  • Cancellation Window: Custom, built-to-order, or non-returnable items can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

Product Quality Guarantee

Gyms HQ ensures the quality of every product. If your item is damaged during transit, we will file a claim and replace it free of charge or offer a full refund. If the item is faulty or malfunctions after assembly and initial use, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for parts, labor, or replacement if necessary.

30-Day General Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any assembled or used product
  • Any customized product
  • Any built-to-order product

Non-Returnable Brands:

N/A

Return Process

To start a return, email support@gymshq.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for Return

If the item meets return criteria, we'll provide a shipping quote, which you must pay. We'll then send a return label and instructions for preparing the item for shipment. After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand new condition, Gyms HQ reserves the right to issue only partial credit based on the manufacturer’s discretion.

Damages

  • Inspection: Be present for the delivery and inspect the package thoroughly. Note any damage or missing parcels when signing the BOL (for freight deliveries) or report it to the ground shipping carrier within seven days.
  • Reporting: Take photos and videos, then send them to support@gymshq.com. We will process an insurance claim with the manufacturer.
