Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After that, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment based on the handling time listed for each product. If any delays arise, we will notify you right away.

Shipping Method:
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders under 100 lbs typically ship via UPS/FedEx Ground, while larger or heavier orders ship via LTL/Freight with a scheduled curbside delivery.

Transit Time:
After shipping, your order will be en route. Ground shipments usually take 1-5 business days, while freight deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Assembly Information:

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, most orders can still be canceled before shipment, but there are exceptions.
Please note that custom, built-to-order, and on-demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as production begins specifically for your order.

Damaged Items:
All orders are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and shipping insurance. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Returns and Refunds:
