I bought this machine and I love it. It is amazing and very easy to use. When training the biceps you can feel it working the muscle. The tricep part of the machine is just the same it works the muscles and you can feel it. I’m very happy with this machine. I just ordered the shoulder press machine also. I’m excited to use it once it gets here
I just received my STEPR Pro+ 2 days ago, and finished putting it together yesterday. So, I haven’t had to opportunity to really use it and figure out everything just yet. Once, I do I will give my honest review. Product packaging was definitely an A+.

I used to go to a gym- now I have my own gym in my garage, and I purchased this treadmill. To my surprise, the build quality is just as good as that of the much more expensive treadmill I used at my local gym. It's sturdy, and it does the job beautifully- My shirt is soaked when I am done. Don't let the price fool you. This is an excellent buy for the money. GET ONE! It makes up just part of my gym arsenal. It's so lovely to have your own equipment. No waiting around, no one else sweats on it. It's easy to clean, it's terrific. Just remember to show up every other day or three times a week. Put on your favorite music and GO GO GO.
I looked around for a long time researching various lever gyms.
I decided on the Body Solid Corner Lever Gym, and I am thrilled with my purchase.
This equipment is robust and built like a tank. It will easily last 20 years.
There are basic exercises you can perform on this machine, but if you use
your imagination, you can do a lot more. I do leg presses on this. I just set the bar height, put on the weight plates, and get my legs under the lever arms, and away I go. Place the arms in the highest position to hang and do abdominal pull-ups. You keep your knees bent. Then there are the pull-ups, all on top of all the other exercises. It's a winner! I hired pros to put it together because I am not a do-it-yourself type of person, but many people have assembled it themselves. If you buy it, you won't be sorry. ALSO,
you can add more plates as you go along. You will get more out of this than you would from going to a gym. Just keep doing it, and in a month, you will see a difference, and no waiting for some lug nut to get off his iPhone while you wait to use the gym equipment. If you have the space, go for the big one with all the stations. Thats what I really wanted, but room space dictated the corner lever gym. Hey, it was a SOLID PURCHASE, and you will love it!
If you don't have the room or the budget for a full-fledged dedicated leg machine, this bench attachment saves room and money. They work well.
Quads and hamstrings. For the average person in good condition, the job will be done. If you are a very heavy Lifter, then a dedicated leg machine would be better for you, but for most folks, this will do the job just fine.
This is a great home gym setup if you have height restraints. Michaels level of communication and service was top notch anytime there were any questions throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.
