Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
  • To cancel an order, respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at returns@gymshq.com with your name and order number.
  • Most orders can be canceled before shipment after 24 hours, with exceptions.
  • If your order has been shipped or assigned tracking information before your cancellation request, we cannot cancel it. In this case, the return must be processed under our Return Policy.
Custom-Made or Built-to-Order Items
  • Orders for custom, built-to-order, or non-returnable items can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
  • After 24 hours, these items cannot be canceled or refunded.
30-Day General Return Policy

Most purchases are eligible for return within 30 days, subject to the conditions below:

Return Eligibility
  • Start the return process within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, brand-new condition, and unused (not assembled or installed).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been used, opened, or removed from original packaging.
  • Assembled or installed items.
  • Clearance, custom-made, or built-to-order products (including custom upholstery).
  • Items not returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
  • Items returned without prior Return Approval from Gyms HQ.
Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Products


After 24 hours of payment, the following purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Assembled or used products.
  • Customized or built-to-order products, including custom upholstery.
  • Products from certain brands (contact us for details).
Return Process

To initiate a return, email returns@gymshq.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Date of delivery.
  • Reason for return.

If the item meets our return criteria, we’ll provide a return shipping quote for your approval. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions for preparing the shipment. After inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes
  • If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand-new condition, Gyms HQ reserves the right to issue partial credit based on the manufacturer's assessment.
Damages
  • Inspect your delivery thoroughly upon arrival.
  • For freight deliveries, note any damages or missing parcels on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • For ground shipping, report damages to the carrier within seven days.
  • Document damages with photos or videos and email them to returns@gymshq.com.

Gyms HQ will process a claim with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
