STEPR is designed with a "Fit Anywhere" promise. Most models (Home and Pro) require a standard 8ft ceiling. The units are built with a compact footprint and integrated transport wheels, allowing them to fit through standard interior doorways easily.

STEPR offers four delivery tiers:

• Curbside: Delivered to your curb.
• Threshold: Delivered inside your garage or front door.
• Room-of-Choice: Delivered to a specific room (up to 2 flights of stairs).
• White Glove: Full delivery, professional assembly, and packaging removal.

For those choosing self-assembly, the typical setup time is 45 minutes. Every STEPR machine is designed for easy assembly with clear instructions and 3D interactive guidance available via our app to get you stepping as quickly as possible.

The patent-pending Floating Stadium Step design provides an oversized, non-slip surface area that accommodates all foot sizes. It is engineered to be low-impact while providing a deeper, more effective "burn" (up to 400+ calories in 30 minutes) compared to traditional stair climbers.

STEPR includes industry-leading safety tech: auto-sensing emergency stops, a manual emergency stop button, and a rear laser safety sensor that automatically stops the machine if someone or something is detected behind the unit.
