How It Works

Submit your price beat request within 30 calendar days of your GymsHQ order date. Include a direct link to the competing product listing showing the lower price. Our team verifies eligibility and refunds the difference plus 1% of the competing price if the claim qualifies.

Eligible Competitors

The competing retailer must be a manufacturer-authorized online dealer for the exact brand and product. GymsHQ verifies dealer authorization directly with the brand. Unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), auction sites, liquidators, and gray-market sellers do not qualify.

Pricing Requirements

The competing price must be a publicly advertised, in-stock price at or above the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Prices below MAP are not legitimate dealer pricing and do not qualify. The product must be identical: same brand, same model, same SKU, same configuration. Bundle pricing, package deals, open-box listings, and prices tied to coupon codes or membership programs do not qualify.

Additional Conditions

The request must be submitted within 30 days of your order date. The competing item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of submission. The price beat applies to the product price only and does not include shipping, installation, taxes, or fees. One price beat claim per order. GymsHQ reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or do not meet the conditions above.

Why These Rules Exist

Every brand we carry sets a MAP policy to protect the integrity of their dealer network. We are an authorized dealer. When we beat a price, we are beating a legitimate competitor on legitimate terms. We do not match pricing from sellers who are cutting corners on authorization, warranty support, or service. Buying from an unauthorized seller puts your manufacturer warranty at risk. Buying from GymsHQ does not.
