Yes, we accept purchase orders from approved commercial accounts. Net 30, 60, or 90 day terms may be available for qualified enterprise clients, government entities, municipalities, and established corporations. Terms are reviewed on a case by case basis and may require credit approval. For most new commercial accounts, initial projects are prepaid before extended terms are offered.
2. Do you offer financing for commercial projects?
Yes, we offer commercial equipment financing through trusted third party lending partners. Financing options typically range from 24 to 72 months depending on project size and credit profile. Many clients use financing to preserve capital while completing full facility buildouts. We can include financing options directly within your formal quote upon request.
3. What are typical lead times for commercial equipment?
Lead times vary by manufacturer, product line, and order volume. Some items ship within days, while custom or large scale builds may require several weeks. For commercial projects, we allocate inventory and confirm production schedules before issuing your quote. Your RFQ will always include estimated ship dates so your team can plan accordingly.

Yes. We ship nationwide throughout the lower 48 states and coordinate freight for projects of all sizes. Freight on commercial orders typically averages around 10 percent of product value, and we often structure quotes to remain competitive and transparent. We also maintain a nationwide network of certified technicians experienced in large scale facility installations. From delivery and assembly to final layout positioning, we can manage the entire project.
7. Are there minimum order requirements?
There are no strict minimum order quantities for approved commercial accounts. Whether you are purchasing a single selectorized unit or equipping an entire facility, we can support the project. Larger projects may qualify for volume incentives and preferred pricing. Every quote is structured around scope, brand mix, and delivery requirements.
