Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After that, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment based on the handling time listed for each product. If any delays arise, we will notify you right away.
Shipping Method:
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders under 100 lbs typically ship via UPS/FedEx Ground, while larger or heavier orders ship via LTL/Freight with a scheduled curbside delivery.
Transit Time:
After shipping, your order will be en route. Ground shipments usually take 1-5 business days, while freight deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Most items arrive in parts and require assembly. The complexity varies by product, so feel free to ask for details about any specific item.

Cancellations/Returns
Order Cancellations:
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, most orders can still be canceled before shipment, but there are exceptions.
Please note that custom, built-to-order, and on-demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as production begins specifically for your order.
Damaged Items:
All orders are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and shipping insurance. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Returns and Refunds:
Most purchases are protected by our 30-day return policy, with a few exceptions listed below.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (or within the manufacturer’s return window).
- Items must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
