No membership or subscription is required. All core features — free stepping, pre-programmed workouts, and streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify — are available at no extra cost, forever.

STEPR Home and Pro models require a standard 8 ft ceiling. The Full Commercial XL models require 9.5 ft. All units have a compact footprint and integrated transport wheels, and fit through standard interior doorways without disassembly.

• Pro (PRO Classic / PRO+): 4.2' × 2.5' footprint, 8.5 ft ceiling

Four delivery tiers are available:

• Curbside — Delivered to your curb
• Threshold — Delivered inside your garage or front door
• Room-of-Choice — Delivered to a specific room, up to 2 flights of stairs
• White Glove — Full delivery, professional assembly, and packaging removal

Self-assembly is straightforward and typically takes 45 minutes.

• Home (STEPR Classic / STEPR+): 5.2" step, 140 SPM max, 375 lb limit, 2-year frame warranty. Best for residential use.
• Light Commercial (PRO Classic / PRO+): 7" step, 190 SPM, 400 lb limit, 5-year frame warranty. Built for boutique studios and multi-user environments.
• Full Commercial (XL / XL+): 9" step, 190 SPM, 400 lb limit, steel chain drive, 10-year frame warranty. Engineered for gyms, military, and high-traffic facilities.

The + variants (STEPR+, PRO+, XL+) include a 27" HD touchscreen with built-in streaming. Classic variants use a simpler LED console.

The patent-pending Floating Stadium Step is an oversized, non-slip step platform that accommodates all foot sizes and mimics real stair climbing mechanics. It delivers a deeper muscle engagement than traditional stair climbers, with users burning 400+ calories in 30 minutes while keeping impact on joints low.

Extended STEPR CARE+ plans (36, 48, or 60 months) are available for accidental damage and wear-and-tear coverage.

• Manual emergency stop button — always within reach on the console
• Rear laser safety sensor — instantly stops the unit if anyone or anything enters the zone behind the machine
